hello once again,
it's been a while since i've updated this and a lot has happened since then. i have moved to a new house across town. it's a two bedroom, fully tiled, enclosed in a compound house. it's really nice. i have a new room mate named sam. he attends the bible college and is a great friend. anyways, this month is going to be a little tough. moving expenses, marriage expenses, visa expenses, and living expenses all have to come from my monthly money. anyways, God will provide. He is the one who has called me here and He is the one who has provided wonderfully so far. maybe this is a test to see if i can live by faith and not by sight. that is hard to do, by the way. it's much easier to live knowing that all your expenses will be covered and you even have spending money left over. but i guess sometimes God wants to see if i trust Him or if i trust in people. please continue to pray for the wedding things (we start wedding meeting tomorrow) and my visa. which, by the way, God has answered temporarily. The visa application board is changing so they have ceased issuing work visas. everyone can apply for a temporary 3 month visa, which i will be doing. however, after three months i have to apply for a one-year visa, which has increased in cost by nearly 1000%. yes, 1000%. it now costs $1000 instead of the $100 effective last month. so please pray that God will provide the money for the visa in march.
